EVES Style BBQ beef short ribs ready to heat at home sous vide. 2 strips (8 bones) of meat that is fully cooked and comes vacuum sealed. For best results we recommend heating your EVES by placing the entire bag into boiling water for 20-25 minutes, you can also heat your ribs in the oven or microwave if you wish.

Heating instructions
To heat ribs
Recommended - Sous Vide (approximate time 25 minutes depending on range type)
In a large pot fill, fill enough water to cover unopened rib pack, bring water to a boil, leave pack in boiling water for 20-25 minutes, remove pack from water, cut open package, empty contents onto a serving tray or into a mixing bowl if saucing, enjoy!
Oven
Preheat oven to 300oF, empty contents into a deep baking pan and cover with foil, heat for 20 to 25 minutes, remove from oven, enjoy!
Microwave
(Thawed in refrigerator overnight): put a slit in package to allow steam to vent, place contents on a microwave safe plate, heat for 5-6 minutes
if frozen follow same instructions add 1-3 minutes
