2 EVES Style BBQ Rockfish filets ready to heat at home sous vide. Fish is fully cooked on grill, smoked and vacuum sealed to hold in flavor. For best results we recommend heating your EVES pack by placing the entire bag into boiling water for 8-11 minutes we do not recommend microwaving other baking in oven.

Heating Instructions
To heat:
pork ribs - Recommended - Sous Vide (approximate time 25 minutes depending on range type)
Using a large pot, fill enough water to cover unopened rib pack, bring water to a boil, place pack in boiling water and leave pack in boiling water for 20-25 minutes, remove pack from water, cut open package, empty contents onto a serving tray or into a mixing bowl if saucing, enjoy!
Beef short ribs or Salmon pack- Recommended - Sous Vide (approximate time 15 minutes depending on range type)
Using a large pot, fill enough water to cover unopened pack, bring water to a boil, place pack in boiling water and leave pack in boiling water for 10-15 minutes, remove pack from water, cut open package, empty contents onto a serving tray or into a mixing bowl if saucing, enjoy!
Cornbread- Recommended - Sous Vide (approximate time 10 minutes depending on range type)
Using a large pot, fill enough water to cover unopened Salmon pack, bring water to a boil, place pack in boiling water and leave pack in boiling water for 8-10 minutes, remove pack from water, cut open package, empty contents onto a serving tray enjoy!
Oven (not recommended)
Microwave (not recommended)
(Thawed in refrigerator overnight): put a slit in package to allow steam to vent, place contents on a microwave safe plate, heat for 5-6 minutes
if frozen follow same instructions add 1-3 minutes
